Infrastructure your auditors can follow

Secure compute, storage and networking for banks, insurers, asset managers and fintech - with a documented chain of custody, written deployment scope and procurement paperwork that survives vendor due diligence.

Financial systems are judged on evidence: what was deployed, who touched it, what changed and what happens on failure. We quote documented deployment work and keep the paper trail explicit - from MPN confirmation through burn-in reports and asset records - so your operations and audit teams are not reconstructing it later.

Where we help

What we hear from financial services buyers

These are the problems the scope is built against - not a generic feature list.

Send your requirement →

Vendor due diligence

Onboarding a supplier means documentation. We provide W-9, business registration and resale or tax-exemption documents on request, and answer security questionnaires in writing.

Controlled access and change

Every deployment follows a written scope with named approvals for changes. Substitutions require written approval and an equivalence statement.

Risk and modelling compute

Risk, pricing and research teams need GPU capacity without a custom data-center build. We source accelerated compute and quote the staging and imaging around it.

Evidence at audit time

We hand over burn-in and validation reports, asset and serial records and the as-built rack documentation that operations teams get asked for at audit time.

What we deliver

Lines we can put in a written quote

Hardware, services and automation are quoted separately so you can see what you are buying.

Secure compute and storage

Servers, enterprise storage and networking selected against your written bill of materials, with MPN confirmation before commitment.

Documented deployment

Rack and stack, burn-in, GPU qualification, imaging and staging with a written record of what was done, by whom, and when.

Identity and Microsoft Cloud

Microsoft 365, Teams Phone and Power Platform work delivered into the tenant with the migration and rollback plan documented.

Back-office automation

Inbox, document and knowledge workflows with human review steps where an error is expensive, scoped one workflow at a time.

Procurement paperwork

PO quotes, line-item pricing and vendor-onboarding documents on request.

Lifecycle and spares

Spare kits, RMA handling and warranty tracking as part of the support plan, so hardware failure has a written response.

Honest limits

What we will not claim

If a claim is not in a signed scope, it is not a commitment.

Read this before you ask us for a proposal.
  • We do not claim SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 or any other certification unless it is confirmed in writing for your engagement. Your auditors get the documentation we actually hold.
  • Compliance obligations stay with your institution. We document what we operate; we do not sell a compliance guarantee.
  • We do not publish performance or return percentages for automation work. Scope targets are agreed and measured per engagement.

Questions

Financial services questions we answer in writing

Ask another →
Are you a certified or audited vendor?

We do not claim a certification we have not earned. We provide the paperwork we do hold, answer your security questionnaire in writing, and scope work so your controls stay in force. If a certification is mandatory for your engagement, tell us before the quote so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

How do you handle changes after work starts?

Changes need written approval. Any substitution comes with an equivalence statement describing what changed and why, so the change is auditable rather than silent.

Can you work under our security policy?

Yes, within the written scope. Site access, data handling and device controls are agreed before work starts; where we cannot meet a control, we say so rather than work around it.

Can you provide documentation for vendor onboarding?

W-9, business registration and resale or tax-exemption documents are provided on request. Other documents are confirmed in writing before you commit to a purchase order.

Bring us the workflow

Tell us what costs you the most time and we will say - in writing - whether hardware, deployment services or automation is the right fix.
