Buying hardware requires giving a supplier an order, a delivery address and sometimes a tax certificate. Here is what we do with that, without the marketing layer.
- Orders are verified before they are acted on. Order status and every review require the order id and the email used on the order; a lookup that does not match gets no information either way.
- Card data never enters this site. We collect by ACH or wire against an invoice. Bank changes require a signed form and a phone callback; no one at Big Sky Dynamics will ask for a card number, PIN or one-time code.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. TLS for traffic, AES-256 for data at rest in the systems we run, with MFA and least-privilege access for administrators.
- Access is limited to the people who need it to quote, fulfil, invoice or support the order — not a broad internal audience.
- Buyer data is not sold and is not used to train AI models. We share only what a distributor, carrier, bank or provider needs to deliver the order.
- Incidents are told to you. If we confirm an incident that affects buyer data we notify affected buyers without undue delay, with the facts we know and the follow-up when the investigation closes.
- You can exercise your data choices. Access, correction, deletion, marketing opt-out and a copy of the data you gave us — we respond within 30 days.
- Export law is applied per order. Destination, end use and end user are checked; we do not supply ITAR-controlled items.

Contact and escalation
One contact path, one response target. Email is the fastest channel for anything with an order id, part number or document attached; use the phone for time-sensitive shipment or payment issues.

Escalation path
- 1. Email the support desk with the order id or MPN and what you need. A human answers within 1 business day.
- 2. Call if it is time-sensitive. If an open shipment or payment issue is not moving, call and say you are escalating an open support email; you are connected to the same person who owns the thread.
- 3. Security issues go to the same address with Security in the subject; they are routed separately from commercial support.
