Case study — in progress
8× Arc Pro B70 AI rack build
A rack-scale AI build for a customer project: source the components, assemble the rack, burn it in and deliver it ready to run.
Scope
The engagement covers three things: sourcing the card set and every supporting component against a locked bill of materials, assembling and configuring the rack, and proving it works before it leaves our facility. The customer's workload, network design and delivery site are theirs; we deliver a working hardware platform and the documentation to support it.
The configuration
The configuration is the published 8× Intel Arc Pro B70 GPU rack build: eight Intel Arc Pro B70 160GB graphics cards, a rack chassis sized for the card set, matched power and cooling, and the switching and cabling required for the workload. Component pricing comes from authorised US distribution; the bill of materials and freight are confirmed in writing on the quote.
The operational pieces are ours: serial capture at receipt, assembly and cable management, firmware and configuration checks, burn-in before shipment, and a documented handover. See the B70 rack page for the published configuration.
What will be published when the customer approves
Our process for this kind of build is public and does not change with the customer: source against a locked bill of materials, capture serials, assemble, burn in, document and deliver. When the customer approves the write-up, this page will add the project context, the delivered configuration, the timeline and the outcome they agreed to publish. Until then, no customer name, date or result appears here.
Status
Nothing on this page is a customer result. If you are evaluating a similar project and want a reference, email [email protected] with the use case — we will tell you honestly what we can share today.
