Alex Cassilly

CEO & Co-Founder

Alex is the CEO and Co-Founder of Big Sky Dynamics, bringing over 12 years of experience building infrastructure companies at the intersection of supply, logistics, and technology. He also serves as CEO of supply and logistics companies and is the founder of Cassilly Capital, a venture studio focused on AI, logistics and energy. Alex’s deep expertise in enterprise strategy and technology partnerships drives Big Sky Dynamics’ mission to deliver AI, cloud, and managed IT solutions that create real outcomes for customers nationwide.

Tanya Hahn

Co-Founder & Director of Business Development

Tanya is a Co-Founder of Big Sky Dynamics and a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across marketing, branding, business development, and operations. As founder of Hahn & Associates and a managing partner in distribution businesses, she brings a rare combination of creative strategy and operational execution. Her passion for startups and building teams from the ground up is central to Big Sky Dynamics’ growth and customer success culture.

How we work

A small senior team, on purpose

Big Sky Dynamics is deliberately small and senior. Engagements are led by the founders, supported by specialists, and judged against the metric agreed before the work starts. That keeps decisions close to the customer and avoids the hand-off chains that slow larger integrators down.

We scope the workflow, agree what success looks like, and report against it after go-live. If a project is not a fit, we say so before you commit budget.
